Associate Partner – SAP TM/BN4L – German/English Speaker (m/f/x)

Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking for an experienced Associate Partners who has entrepreneur spirit and enthusiasm for consulting the customers, building client relationships, and leading a team of consultants and architects.

You actively contribute to pre-sales and sales activity, along with hold the ownership of customer accounts.

Responsibilities/Activities:

• You must understand complex logistics processes of customer and provide standard and simplistic custom solutions.  
• Establish strong, trusted relationships with clients through their ability to articulate solutions, and additional components(modules/tools) used in the delivery of complex E2E services.
• Identify new business prospects, creatively contribute to the development and sales of solutions to acquire new business.
• Responsible for the financial figures of engagements directly managed, as well as the generation of services revenue with the sales of new business.
• Responsible for people management, hiring and team building.
• Contribute to the management of SAP Partner Edge.

Required Skills –

Project Management Capabilities:

• Experience/knowledge of waterfall and agile methodology. Certification of SAP Activate methodology will be preferred.
• As Lead PM, you will be accountable for project delivery, prospecting, and pre-sales.
• Ability to lead complex projects with cross-functional project teams.

Technical and Professional Expertise

• University bachelor’s or master’s degree, or similar.
• >12 years of experience in SAP consulting.
• >8 years of experience in SAP TM/BN4L consulting with hand-on experience in customizing.
• Technical background and ability to debug or understand ABAP code will be advantageous.
• Experienced in negotiating and leading proposal teams.
• Able to work as part of a team, be inclusive and positive in a group dynamic.
• Self-starter, entrepreneurial, proactive, and creative.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients.
• Excellent presentation communication skills.
• Fluent German and English in reading, writing, and speaking.
