NAV IT developed a solution using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
There was a client requirement to export gallery data in Excel format from an application. NAV IT Consulting experts of Microsoft, used the Microsoft Power Automate action and as a result reports can be downloaded into Excel or CSV. However, the data exported in client version of the application was not in the correct format, while in developer version the data is exported correctly using Microsoft Power Automate. NAV IT Microsoft Power Platform experts analysed that the bug is occurring due to the origin of that particular country.
To resolve the bug, modifications were made by NAV IT Microsoft experts to the query function of Microsoft power Automate for importing the data and actions added into Microsoft Power Automate Flow according to the client’s requirements. The data is downloaded in the correct format after the corrective measure has been performed in Microsoft Power Automate by NAV IT Microsoft experts.
