· Tracking Timeline: The app showcases a tracking timeline reflecting the latest status of events in the inbound ASN/delivery process. This real-time update enhances overall visibility, allowing specialists to stay abreast of developments.
· Real-Time Transportation Route: Provides a real-time view of the transportation route in the map view of the inbound ASN/delivery. This geographical representation aids in understanding the journey and identifying potential bottlenecks.

Process Flow:

· Inbound deliveries are created in SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP based on received ASNs from suppliers. Document details are extracted and sent to SAP GTT using extractors.
· A freight unit is generated from the inbound delivery following the standard process between SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP and SAP TM. This information is transmitted to SAP GTT to initiate tracked processes.
· After planning by a transportation planner from SAP TM, freight orders are generated. These orders are then sent to SAP GTT, creating a tracked process for the shipment.
· SAP GTT receives milestone events from carriers/LSPs or visibility providers, storing them and synchronizing with the SAP TM system.
